Lovely relaxing day out

点评：This was our second visit of the year to have a nice relaxing train ride, but this time we bought our 2 widowed friends with
Glynn I think this was his name was so helpful and charming, he helped us on from the platform by bringing over a ramp as we are all elderly and can't walk that well. He was also on the train, we decided to go on the diesel train as we were able to sit in 1st class, which is nice and comfortable and not so crowded as you pay a £3 supplement each person each way, for us oldies it was well worth it.
Lovely scenery but not many animals this time unfortunately
It's just under 2 hours if you stay on the train for the round trip but you can get on and off at any of the stations if you want to.
Nice cafe for a spot of lunch at Tenterden station along with toilets
Disabled parking right outside the station, but plenty of free parking just down the hill
