North Yorkshire Moors Railway (nymr)的点评
点评：This steam ride is a must if you visit North Yorkshire, I pre booked my Rover Day ticket (£49.50 Adult, July 2025 prices) There are cheaper tickets like returns to one particular station , and of course as i did you can get on & off as many times you like. I picked up the 10am from Whitby and went straight thru to Pickering, Journey takes well over a hour and a half but the scenery is beautiful, Those North Yorkshire moors are just iconic. There is a small snack bar onboard serving hot/cold drinks and snacks as well from chocolate to crisps,biscuits. There are toilets aboard as well.
I did get off at Gothland coming back, Its a must if you like a certain TV programme that was aired in the 90s.
I walked to the village of Gothland but in the TV programme is was called Aidensfield, The programme was HEATBEAT. You see Mr Scripps garage, Aidensfield pub , and post office and the other shops in the series, When I was there they had some of the police motor bikes and cars used in the series and luckily for me 3 of the actors/actress were there given you a chance to have a pic with them.
