点评：This is a useful one stop shop that I usually bring visitors to to avoid the chaos of the Maasai markets but I won’t again. The quality is getting worse e.g. my daughter’s “bird on a stick” must have broken at the wrapping place after check out as it was broken in the car and the missing piece was nowhere to be seen (and the staff kept this from us) and the linen/material does not have a good finish and doesn’t iron well.
The checkout process is tediously slow. The cafe is tediously slow.
You can’t go to the toilet without being accused of being a thief - I had my wallet and phone in a shop basket which I was asked to leave outside the toilet area (not safe at all and I was wearing a dress so where was I going to hide a basket?!).
There are better places - check out Langata Link and Utamundini in Karen or Village Market.
