点评:Your park heavily advertises its support for first responders and the incentives offered to them. We are first responders, made our reservation weeks in advance using the advertised First Responder promotion, and arrived expecting the rate that was agreed upon when we booked.
Then, on the evening of our fourth day, while we were already checked in and in the middle of our paid stay, Daniel from the front office called and told us the First Responder rate was no longer being honored. We were told the new owner was changing promotions daily and had decided to take the discount away. We were then told we owed another $250.
We had already made our reservation, agreed to the price, and planned our stay around that agreement. Changing the price in the middle of our stay was unacceptable to us, so we packed up and left.
That’s quite a first responder program—advertise incentives to first responders, have them make a reservation and travel to your park, and then take the promotion away in the middle of their stay and demand another $250.
That issue, combined with our reservation problems, being assigned two occupied sites, losing most of an afternoon trying to get situated, excessive noise, and virtually no enforcement of the park rules, made this one of the worst RV park experiences we’ve ever had.
I strongly encourage you to take a serious look at what is happening at your park. We certainly won’t be returning.
