Everything was very well organised and thought out, from the first day at Split to the rest of the experience in Hvar.
I especially appreciate how she arranged time for everyone to decompress and do whatever they need to in terms of self care. Whether that was enjoying the pool, having some alone time with a good book, having time to journal etc, it was clear from start for finish that Bryony was - and is - fully committed to get goal of ensuring the experience was beneficial for everyone's physical and mental wellbeing.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend trying to go on at least one of the retreats she arranges in the future. Having had a very difficult 2022, the space to mentally and physically get away with it from it all was greatly appreciated.
