The BEST customer service experience I have ever had, and probably will ever have!

点评：It's too difficult to put into words just how amazing Expedour have been. I rented a beautiful Royal Enfield Classic and took it into the mountains of Munnar. Anand was super helpful and organised when I booked the rental and was there to meet me at Kochi airport when I landed. He was very friendly and the service was excellent.
Near the end of my trip I was unfortunately involved in quite a serious road traffic accident where I had to be rushed to hospital for emergency surgery. It has been nearly 3 weeks since my accident and I am still in India recovering. Anand, Joseph and Avin were INCREDIBLE. They immediately came to make sure I was ok in the hospital and were much more concerned about my wellbeing than the bike damage. They helped me to contact my family and were fantastic at helping communicate with the hospital staff to make sure my care was arranged properly and I understood what was going on. When I was transferred to a new hospital they even paid my hospital fees and trusted me to pay them back as I was too in pain to be able to sort the payment.
Avin accompanied me in the ambulance when I was transferred to a different hospital and made every effort to keep me . distracted from the pain during the journey. After my surgery Anand and Joseph came to visit me almost every day to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed anything. I was travelling on my own so I had no friends or family to support me. I cannot thank these guys enough for the support they provided as this was a very scary and difficult time for me to go through alone.
WHAT AN AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. This goes more than above and beyond what I would expect from any company. I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am. If I could give 1 million stars I would.
