点评:I have come to this theater probably about 10 times over the past 8 years or so. I love several hours away but I always found it worth it. The actors are high quality and it is overall a great experience. Unfortunately I probably will not come back anytime soon after the way I was treated in the theater. I tried to take a picture during the curtain call and got a politely berated by the usher. This was during the curtain call, not during the performance. Look up other reviews here and you will see other people were treated the same way in the past.
Never in my life have I ever been to a performance of anything where you can't take pictures during the curtain call. This goes for everything from middle school plays to the great opera houses of Europe. The level of pretention, narcissism, and contempt for the audience is truly astounding. I was literally yelled at and then forced to delete the photo from my phone. Go somewhere where you will be treated respectfully - there are plenty of opportunities to see Shakespeare in DC, New York, Boston, Ashland (Oregon), etc. in all of those places you can *gasp* take a photo of the cast at curtain. Such a silly thing for the company to obsess over.
