点评：Avoid!!! My review of Vue Staines: dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to Vue Staines on 14/01/2026. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the rude and intimidating behavior exhibited by the manager on duty, “Anna” Upon encountering an issue with my daughters ID for a 15 and over film, I approached the manager to seek assistance. The manager approached with security which instantly made myself and daughter feel threatened, embarrassed and intimidated. Instead of receiving help, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of professionalism. The manager's communication was not only unhelpful but also condescending, which left me feeling belittled and I was disheartened by the lack of courtesy shown. Moreover, my request for a refund to my original payment method was met with refusal, despite the situation warranting such action. I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but the manner in which my concern was addressed was unsatisfactory and did not align with the high standards of customer service that I expect from Vue.
