Well well below any 5 star resort iv stayed at - IM A TRAVEL AGENT

点评：I’m writing this review whilst currently still here in the resort, counting the days till we return home.
Please do not book this hotel expecting a luxury holiday because that is not what you will receive.
We as a family travel regularly throughout the year round the world & have stayed in many 5 star resorts of utter luxury.
This IS NOT one of them.
The rooms in the main building are extremely dated, you will be woken extremely early by screaming kids, the cleaners and the lift system.
Not what you expect from a 5 star resort.
The buffet restaurant is utter carnage queuing to get in for breakfast & dinner .. again not what you expect from a 5 star resort.
Id like to be able to comment on the à la carte restaurants but I haven’t even been able to visit one as they are full, tried every day via the app and even with the ladies that make dinner reservations very frustrating. We have instead been going out to dinner at our own expense as can’t face the buffet every evening.
The pools are cold & absolutely packed good luck getting a sun lounger no chance for a family of 5 like us.
I have made my complaints but nothing has been done about it so I give up and just patiently waiting to get home which is a shame given holiday has cost around £8000 for 5 of us!
Madness - when I think where we could have gone for that.
The instagram is very misleading it looks like a tranquil quiet resort when the reality is very very different.
It’s a get them in get them out kind of place no form of luxury whatsoever.
I’ve never been to a 5 star resort where there isn’t waiter services at the pool or beach either???!!!
Get us back home soon as possible.

自助餐厅简直是人山人海，早餐和晚餐都要排队……这同样不像五星级度假村该有的样子。
我很想评价一下点菜餐厅，但我根本没机会去，因为总是爆满。我每天都尝试通过App预订，甚至联系了负责晚餐预订的女士，但都无济于事，真是令人沮丧。我们只能自费外出就餐，因为实在无法忍受每天晚上都去吃自助餐。泳池水冷，人山人海，想找个躺椅？想都别想，我们一家五口根本没戏。
我已经投诉过了，但没人管，只好放弃，只能耐心等着回家。想想我们五个人花了8000英镑，真是太亏了！
简直疯了——想想我们本来可以用这笔钱去哪儿。
Instagram上的照片太误导人了，看起来像个宁静祥和的度假胜地，但实际情况却截然不同。
这里就是那种“赶紧把人打发走”的地方，一点奢华感都没有。
我从来没见过哪个五星级度假村的泳池或沙滩上没有服务员的？！
赶紧让我们回家吧！
