点评:Terrible as always. Do not know why I waste my time staying here. I thought once again that I would give them another chance, but things have not changed. I valeted my car, walked to the front desk to check in at 3.25 pm. Stood in line and watched people get their room card. Got to the desk and was told that my room was not ready that I had to leave a number so they could text me in a hour so so. Asked why, since everyone else was going to their oom and was told housekeeping is busy. I asked if I could take another type of room, even a downgrade so I could go to the room and Renee who said, " I told you no rooms are ready" no. I asked for a manager and she said "I AM THE HOTEL MANAGER" , very loud and rudely. By that time, I gave up and headed back to valet to get my car to go find something to eat in town. Within 2 minutes, I received a text stating my room was ready. I went back to her window and was told, I had to stand in line again. Seriously, I haven't even made it 25 ft from the desk. I checked in and by this time I had just about had enough. Dropped my suitcase, went back to valet, drove to Frank's Restaurant a block away, ate dinner and went back to the hotel. I really think I learned my lesson this time. The staff could give a crap about anyone but themselves and could care less if your happy or not. Just as long as they get their paycheck.
