点评：During our stay in Salento, I hired a gravel bike from Salento Bike, and the whole experience exceeded expectations. They delivered the bike to my hotel, were super helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about cycling.
They recommended Via Francigena, an ancient pilgrimage route stretching from Apulia all the way to Canterbury. Riding these historic trails on rough roads and scenic gravel tracks was unforgettable — the perfect blend of adventure and connection to place.
The bike was a brand new Trek, the service top-notch, and the route planning thoughtful and tailored. They made it easy to explore the region off the beaten path, I barely saw anyone outside of the villages I past through.
If you’re in the area and want to experience the real Salento on two wheels, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
