Half term chaos.
Tumble Jacks的点评
点评：We visit Tumble Jacks soft play area regularly and have always had a very positive experience. Unfortunately, today's visit did come with a few hiccups.
Granted, it is the February half term, so yes the play area was extremely busy. However, you would expect the management team to be fully prepared for this and put the right procedures on place to cope with the busyness of half term. Sadly this was not the case and the entirety of the Tumble Jacks staff seemed completely overwhelmed by the sheer number of visitors.
Tables were left cluttered with dirty plates and cups and the floor was covered in spilled food. At one point there were absolutely no clean forks for people to use, so people were having to resort to using their hands to eat their meal.
To make matters worse, my food was completely stone cold and my nephew, who had ordered hot dog and chips, was dished up a rather pathetic hot dog sausage rolled up in a slice of bread.
I fully appreciate it was half term and we were totally prepared for it being super busy, but Tumble Jacks itself should have been more prepared too.
Hopefully next half term they do better....
