点评：The problem started from the time we went. I went outside where the playground was and asked the waiter if there was a table. He said that it was full and to wait and i asked would it be possible to get a table once someone leaves and the answer was what do u expect for us to kick ppl out. Rude of course i did not bother to reply. After waiting 30 min we finally found a table 4 kids 3 adults. We ordered food at 13:45. We ordered two nuggets (kids menu) 3 pasta (kids menu) greek salad and seafood salad. We had asked for goat salad at first and asked if they could add tomato and cucumber. The answer was it is too busy to be able to add. I find that risiculous. Anyway we waited and waited for the food. At 14:45 we asked where the food was. The answer was it is very busy. We told them the kids are hungry and its not as if we ordered anything major and laughed. One of the waiters was very ironic and laughed in a ironic manner. Food finally came at 15:00 and it was cold obviously. My comments are these:
1. Since u know you are busy higher more staff
2. If u cnt stand complaints u shouldnt be a waiter
3. If u dnt respect ur customers then u r in the wrong business
4. For the prices u charge (over priced) customer service should be impecable.
5. For the price theu charge the portions are very small (seafood salad).

4. 你们的收费（价格过高）应该提供无可挑剔的客户服务。
5. 你们的菜量（海鲜沙拉）和价格不成正比，分量太少。
这是我经历过的最糟糕的体验。我们本来是来游乐场的。下次我会从家里带咖啡和食物，至少我的孩子不会饿着，我也不想花冤枉钱来这里。
