An absolutely brilliant day! - Lancashire Full Day Tour

点评：Have to start off this review by saying what an absolutely fantastic day we had with Katie as our host!
To start with :- a big ‘thank-you’ to her as she managed to juggle some dates and the itinerary around so that we could be on it.
And the day itself was just brilliant: cheese factory, lunch at a beautiful pub/restaurant, gin makers, artisan food shop, wine merchants, ice cream and then to end in Clitheroe with a flight of local craft beers (or a wine if you preferred?). During these stops we learnt a lot about these small businesses and had plenty of opportunity to try fantastic food and drink.
Not only did we learn about the local food producers but Katie was also a minefield of information about other interesting facts/stories of the area.
I would highly recommend it and I know that if we return to the area for a stay we will certainly be looking at what tours are available.
