Our visit to Bunnamagoo Wines in Mudgee was such a wonderful experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to the absolutely lovely Kylie.
From the moment we arrived, Kylie made us feel genuinely welcome. Her warmth, friendliness and incredible customer service immediately stood out. She has an amazing knowledge of the wines and shares that knowledge in such a natural and engaging way — informative without ever making you feel overwhelmed or intimidated.
What impressed us most was how genuine Kylie is. She takes the time to talk with you, understand what you enjoy and make the whole wine-tasting experience feel personal and relaxed. You can tell she has a real passion for what she does and for the wines she represents.
Beautiful wines are one thing, but exceptional people are what make you remember a place and want to return. Kylie is absolutely one of those people. She is a wonderful ambassador for Bunnamagoo Wines, and they are incredibly fortunate to have someone who represents their winery with such professionalism, knowledge and genuine warmth.

After spending a full day touring and visiting a number of wineries throughout Mudgee, I can genuinely say that Bunnamagoo stood out above them all. We experienced some beautiful wineries and wonderful wines throughout the day, but it was Bunnamagoo — and particularly Kylie — that left the biggest impression on me. It was the warmth, genuine hospitality and personal experience that made it so memorable. When you finish a full day of wine tasting and there is one winery and one person you are still talking about afterwards, I think that says everything. Kylie truly made Bunnamagoo the highlight of our Mudgee winery tour.
