Very bad tour experience, guide and company with so little professionalism

We booked a 9-day motorbike tour. Most of the bikes were old (> 30,000 km, worn tyres) and weren't ready when we arrived. We ended up with an amateur guide named Pierre who was arrogant and irresponsible and who, moreover, did not follow the rules (alcohol, 160 km in a 4x4). On the road, he often left us alone without clear instructions.
As for the company manager (Eric), he is incapable of listening to his customers. He held us responsible for an unpaid balance that his team did not charge us at the outset, contrary to what he tried to make us believe. He threatened us in writing with calling the police to prevent us from leaving the country and also to charge us unjustified additional fees. To top it all off, on the way back, we were stopped by the police for driving a motorcycle that did not comply with regulations. Deplorable.
We will remember the landscapes and some of the people we met, but certainly not this lying guide and this company with its malicious manager.
