St.Ives Brewery Tours的点评
点评：Gosh what a great afternoon. We thought we were seasoned brewery tour people until we rocked up at the very industrial looking brewery. Inside it's a full working establishment, including bottling, kegging and canning and being able to see the whole process from start to finish with such an informative guide (thanks Fran) was great.
Callum, the Master Brewer, was on hand to answer queries and the tour was prefaced by a brief history, of beer and St Ives Brewery, then tailed with tasting of three very different beers, along with the chance to "roll the brain / hops" in your hand to smell the flavour release.
There's a small gift shop and the bar opens to the public in the later afternoon. We understand that there are food trucks / street food offerings at the w/es, what a fab idea!
We wish St Ives Brewery Tours every success, it was a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours, thank you
