A man died on this tour — and the way it was handled by the crew was nothing short of horrifying.
Today at the second swim stop, a male passenger drowned in approximately 6 meters of water with a visible current. Just minutes before, a young girl also nearly drowned — and was saved by another guest, not the staff.
The boat crew’s response to both incidents was shockingly inadequate:
• No lifeguards actively watching the swimmers
• Life jackets only for children, no flotation aids for adults
• Ropes across swim ladders, creating a serious entanglement risk
• No staff noticed the man was missing — a female guest found and pulled him from the water
Most distressing of all: after the Coast Guard recovered the man’s body, the tour continued as if nothing had happened. Music was turned back up. The foam party resumed. No announcement, no pause, no respect for the life that had just been lost. Staff even began selling souvenir photos shortly after.
This was not a freak accident. It was the result of gross negligence, a total lack of safety measures, and a disturbing disregard for human life.

It is unsafe, unprofessional, and the crew is neither trained nor emotionally capable of handling emergencies — or tragedies.
