Poorly organised, poor communication, ultimately unnecessary

点评：We did the 3D 2N tour. To be fair, everything on the voucher was offered.
However we had no confidence it was going to happen and little prior knowledge about when it was going to happen. We received a voucher but no itinerary. Times for tours were not provided. When they did happen they were generally late, with no communication from the tour company. On one occasion they deliberately stopped answering messages when our tour guide didn’t show up.
I don’t think they speak English and they didn’t answer the phone when I called. They sent me multiple emails that were intended for other customers.
Ultimately the itinerary is too full, with no time to just relax and enjoy the place. We cancelled a couple of tours during our 3 days, it was just too much.
Khao Sok is definitely worth visiting but you don’t need a tour. Book one or two nights at a floating hotel on the lake and just enjoy that remarkable place. You will have a one hour boat ride each way, so you’ll get to see plenty of the lake on the way there and back.
I wish we’d just done that. Our tour guide (who was nice but spoke little English) and all the cave tours and wildlife tours actually just got in the way of enjoying the place.
