Warning to Small Businesses!

点评：Not only was the Christmas market badly organised and ran by a very unprofessional team. They treated customers appallingly. Charging customers full price tickets in the last hour and not informing them at the door they were having to close early due to the storm is unforgivable.
As a small business owner trading at this event I expected to have our customers to be treated with respect when they come out to support us.
The event was charging traders a lot of money to attend this event so they did not need to also charge customers entry fee. They also understandably cancelled the event due to the weather but then haven’t compensated the traders at all. Not even a discount on the trader price for next year.
Warning to all small business traders out there - they do not support small businesses and only care about profit! Think twice before choose to trade at their events.
