The Beach At Bens Yard的点评
点评：It was an okay morning to get the kids out of the house, but overall, it felt overpriced for what it was. Given its location next to Ben's Yard, we expected a slightly more upmarket experience—but that wasn’t the case.
The pros:
- A few rides that the kids really enjoyed (6 year old and 4 year old). However, you have to pay full price to access all of the rides - even if you have small children under 5, and some rides weren’t suitable without an adult.
- It wasn’t overly busy, which was a nice surprise. I didn’t feel panicked about losing track of the kids.
- In general, the staff were quite friendly.
The cons -
- Expensive for a family.
- Didn't warrant a 'day' out, it took up a couple of hours.
- The food was absolutely horrendous quality/taste.
Do not buy the donuts, they don't taste like donuts. They took a long time for them to be made and they were overpriced. Had I known I was going to consume one of them, I would have asked to be paid myself. We also paid for a bucket of Candyfloss which tasted like chemicals.
If you're going to go, go on a warm day. The main attraction is the sandpit and large paddling pool, which aren't much fun unless the weather is decent.
