点评:My experience of visiting Cadbury garden centre is not positive. The accessibility of looking at products is limited and very challenging. Displays are very close together with little room to move. As a wheelchair user, this meant that certain areas I was unable to access. An example is located in the farm shop area by the tills and exit. Trying to go down an aisle with just my wheelchair was not achievable; with a wheelchair trolley, it became impossible. I had to ask my mum to pass different products to me in order to look at them closely due to the lack of access given. In addition, when trying to move around via the path through the outdoor furniture area and going into the restaurant, turns are so limited and tight that I caught my fingers between my wheelchair push rims and a wooden box that is at high risk of causing splinters to people's hands. When staff could see that you are struggling to move around because it's so cluttered, they just look past you and continue walking past or away from you. Another aspect that let the garden centre down is the signs for various payment locations; however, they were so unclear and confusing that when I was told I would have to go back to the other side of the building to pay for two items. I left those items because it was just too much for me to handle, and at this stage, I just wanted to get out. My family and I had a meal at the restaurant, and the price of the three meals was over £66, and I will not have a meal there again right now. It is greatly overpriced for what you serve.
