Bannatyne Spa Fairfield的点评
点评：Right, where do I start.
My partner and I joined this gym in the last week of August. We didn't attend until day 13 of being able to start using membership. That was a huge disappointment with every pool and jacuzzi user using their phones. Taking selfies, taking photos of the pool and so on. When joining we were told explicitly and shown on the huge pool rules board that no electronic devices were to be used at anytime. Well that wasn't enforced now was it. Staff walking in and out without a care in the world about our privacy in swimwear being distributed onto social media in a private setting.
Moving forwards to a day later I went and visited Peterborough. Disaster, simply put rude staff. Would put that rude restuarant popular on social media to shame.
This is when the decision was made that bannatyne isn't just unfit for purpose it's dam right a farce. Nothing but a complete overhaul of its staff can rectify this national issue.
The deputy manager has zero care given only if you write, (in his opinion) unfair reviews. Well put it this way, your team doesn't answer calls, they don't tell you anything that you need to know and you look clueless and lost when trying to defend the indefenceable. He even tried to coerce me to remove the review on another platform so that he would cancel my membership in return. Sorry no, I'll keep the review up as people need to know what your club and it's practices are all about.
I would of discussed a way to stay but not after how I was treated via email and lack of call backs. It's a toxic environment that I cannot see any worth to pay to endure.
