Point Nepean National Park的点评
点评：Explore the history from past world wars whilst walking the track choices.
Observe where Harold Holt went ‘missing’.
A small carpark inside the entrance to the park has toilets.
Wheelchair can be pushed on flat road but misses main observatory lookout points.
Tough continuous rolling hills require reasonably fit walking or cycling. If you find it too hard, walk to the mini bus point and wait.
A mini bus circuits around approx. each hour. Cost atm is $12 one way.
Views are spectacular.
Be warned, it’s naturally windy. I started in complete calm and within 1/2 hour, the wind picked up and it made walking in the open challenging.
Most of the armerò points were closed off and sadly not maintained but you can view and appreciate how hard it was during war and prior to protect the point.
It was also a quarantine point for old ships.
