Disappointing the observation deck is closed

点评：Just a few points on previous posts. Yes, the views are amazing and there's some nice walks, including via the bobsleigh track.
But the top terrace, the observation deck appears to be now closed, the lift button is taped over and the signs on the wall also, so it doesn't look very temporary. You do still get views from the cafe terrace but only about a quarter of what I guess you'd see from the top.
A previous post mentioned a bar/cafe- they do certanly still sell coffee and cake but there was no alcohol available- shame, a sunny day on the mountain deserved a beer!
Lastly, to get to the cable car from the city, and to buy your tickets, it's 102 steps up a long stairway, not for those with mobility problems unfortunately. Plus 102 back down at the end!!
Is it good value? Probably not currently.
