Wonderful informative wine tour.
Setley Ridge Vineyard的点评
点评：We really can’t recommend this tour highly enough.
Paul our guide and one of the owners of Settley Ridge is passionate about wine and his tour is both interesting informative and entertaining.
The first 45 mins is spent on the vineyard learning about the process of wine making followed by approx 15/20 mins in their own processing unit where the wines are made followed by the wine tasting at the end which lasts approx 30/40 mins. We were fortunate with the weather and tasted the wines by the vineyards.
We tried one white one sparking rose and two reds which were all delicious although the sparking rose was our favourite and therefore we bought 3 bottles from their farm/wine shop.
Our group was 50 in total but Pauls voice was loud enough to hear clearly everything he said and he was more than happy to take questions.
You have to love and appreciate the hard work involved in wine production especially from smaller vineyards like Settley Ridge hence why we want to recommend this place so much.
