点评：Chris and Melissa greeted us by the huge tree in the front of the house — the same tree that adorns their wine bottles. We then sat on their patio and enjoyed the incredible views while we started our tour of their wines. Each wine was delicious and we learned about the environmental approach that they take to winemaking. The process is completely organic and, as we walked the vineyard, we could see how the natural process creates a ton more farming work but results in a far better (and healthier) product. Their new winery is being built on the property and will be finished by the end of 2024. They are also establishing a new tasting room in downtown McMinnville for those who prefer to hop from place to place without getting into a car.
We highly recommend visiting these newcomers onto the scene. They won’t be a closely held secret for long.
