Cold, gruby, unrelaxing!!
Hermosa farm spa的点评
点评：Was looking forward to a treatment and brunch with the girls. Unfortunately, without doubt, this is the worst spa I have evern been to. And i've been to many throughout the world and UK.
Good points: Therapist was good and receptionist was lovely. Afteroon tea was nice (but room freezing)
The rest: The treatment room was grubby, it was in like a shed thing, with foot marks/prints on the wall as it was so small, very off putting. The towel that you put your face in when you lay on the treatment table appeard to have previously been used. It certainly didnt smell or feel fresh!! May be it could have been a bit damp if it was set up the revious day and left in the shed over night.
It was also cold, even though not the coldest time of the year. There was a small inefective heater but had to ask for extra towels/blankets.
Also, this is the least relaxing spa ever!! There was absolutely no tranquility to be able to enjoy the experience. The is a hot tub outside of the treatment sheds, and when we were having treatment all you could hear were cackling women that were being particularly loud!! Hardly conducive to relaxation. In additiona to the cackling women were farmyard noises, cows mooing, goats bleeting etc. Which i could have forgiven if it wasnt for everything else.
I will never go to this place again, nor recomend it to friends (the opposite in fact). If you are thinking of going all i would say is look elsewhere.
