点评：We saw an online invitation to attend a tasting evening at the distillery and went along. Being Brits, we were the first to arrive and were greeted by Sven and Marianne, the owners. The distillery is on the ground floor of an old renovated barn and has a tasting area, small bar, a ‘make-your-own-gin’ area as well as the distillery. Not only were they offering a tasting of their own products, they were showcasing other small distilleries in France.
We tried several gins and accompanied by the wonderful platters of cold meat, cheese and accompanying fruit, nuts and veg. Given the strength of the gins and the fact we had to drive home, we only tried a few of their products. All were delicious with or without tonic water. All in all, a very pleasant and interesting evening. We will return again when we next have visitors staying with us.
