Bad service - they do not care if you have a problem

点评：Terrible service. We rented the largest four seater bike (two adults two children) cycled all the way from Cala Bona to Sa coma and the chain from the drivers side came off. We tried for an hour to fix the bike with zero luck due to the size and weight of the bike. We had to push the bike the whole way back. The two adults were just not strong enough to cycle the bike with the four of us. We rented the bike for the entire day at €70 and planned to be out until late.
We had to return the bike and told them we were happy to pay for the hour the bike actually worked and would like a refund for the remaining hours - they refused and would only give us €25 back after arguing for 15 mins.
We are not unreasonable people but they did not care in the slightest. Caution when paying for an entire day because if you have problems you may also be stuck and out of pocket. Just as we were about to leave we were told we could have phoned a small number on the back of the bike, obviously this was not told to us at the point of rental. Extremely disappointing
