We booked the cheapest car for a weekend picking up from Manchester airport - as I am disabled we did not intend using it other than parking it up on a secure private gated drive - using just 20 miles in total - first your make and model not there - damage on the body work not recorded - thankfully we took pictures of that but not wheel trims - the petrol not full to full thankfully took pictures of that - so when we returned they tried to blame two body work damage on us - which we showed on our pictures was already there - now they are trying to say wheel trim damage and sent a bill for £200 - I would hope their manager Laura will put this right and will update on 6 review platforms the outcome - this has ruined a short break away - please customers beware - but will update the outcome of manager intervention shortly derick
