点评：Our time with Arctic Stories was one of the absolute highlights of our trip.
By chance, we met Juhán earlier in the day at Stoorstålka, the shop he runs with his father (also highly recommended). Later that evening, we were lucky enough to join him around the fire for this unforgettable experience.
Juhán welcomed us with such warmth and friendliness. He’s a gifted storyteller and was fantastic with the kids: kind, engaging, and clearly passionate about sharing his culture. Sitting around the fire, listening to him joiking, telling stories and playing “guess the joik,” felt like an incredible privilege.
We left feeling like we’d been given a real glimpse into Sámi life, its deep traditions, connection to the land and the ongoing challenges the community faces today. Sharing coffee and reindeer meat by the fire, and simply being welcomed so openly, was moving and memorable.
Every time we see glittering mountains now, we’ll think of Ramsu’s bank and smile.
