Run down lack of love

点评：Firstly let me start with the positive the staff and treatments were fabulous.
However was sad to see how run down the facilities have become we use this spa at least twice a year and sadly won’t be returning. The dressing gowns were for a size zero to 10 did get a slightly larger one when we asked but not great fitting and no complimentary slippers a separate charge of £3 ! The thermal facilities were very run down the jacuzzi/ hot tub had cracked tiles and need a good clean there were Black mouldy marks around the outside , the steam from hose was broken ! The floors were extremely slippery and dangerous , and the water jugs remained empty for the whole of our stay in this area with lots of empty cups and rubbish left around the pool area .
The relaxation area was ok
The changing rooms are clean but the floor of the toilet was socking wet unable to use it without putting one of the towels on the floor to sock up the water .
Such a shame to see this spa go downhill just a bit more attention to detail and keep on top of the cleaning maintenance
Would I recommend for treatments yes but for a spa day No
