Noa Yachting - Yacht charter in Croatia的点评
点评：Rented through another agency rather than directly.
Yacht was not the standard of the glossy brochure: broken items, missing items (eg paddles for dinghy), swimming platform very difficult to close and kept popping open. Sent on my way with engine coolant reservoir below "minimum", one black water tank still full. All reported to technician before and after, but any concerns not acknowledged in my email of concern. As an experienced yacht owner, I was concerned that some of the issues identified impacted safety and was in pretty ropey state for start of season. Absolute denial on the part of NOA. I was in the marina the day before handover and saw how busy the technical team was to arrange rapid turnaround for so many boats. I think this results in feedback being ignored for the next client.
Islands off Split are a wonderful area to sail, but I will never charter from NOA again. I understand other companies take more care of their boats with regular and audited maintenance: I would look for one of them (eg two S in their name).
