Matthews Day Tours的点评
点评：I travel with Matthews every morning and evening, Monday to Friday, and I have had some of the most unpleasant and rude interactions with drivers. They seem to do whatever they like, with no regard for the timetable posted on their website. On more than one occasion, I’ve arrived at the stop several minutes before scheduled departure, and drivers have shut the doors in my face and shrugged when confronted, leaving me stranded alone in the dark. Today, however, the driver of the scheduled 6pm bus from Cumberland Street North was parked around the corner on Cathal Brugha Street at 5 minutes to 6. He did not appear at Cumberland Street North until 23 minutes past 6, and did not pull off until half 6. It appears that drivers are punctual when it suits their own private schedules. Drivers (especially on the evening services) consistently drive speedily and recklessly and brake unnecessarily hard. On more than one occasion I’ve witnessed drivers being horrifically rude to passengers, who were asking simple questions. Many people have expressed these same concerns - to the point where Matthews have disabled their Google Reviews and do not respond to complaints. Absolutely shocking service. Would not recommend.
