Air Canada Vacations' CareFree Program is Misleading & Customer Service is Unreliable!

点评：I purchased the CareFree Program from Air Canada Vacations, believing it would protect me with a Price Drop Guarantee. However, when the price dropped by $130 per person, they refused to honor it despite clear evidence!
When I contacted customer service, they denied the publicly available price drop, claiming that their internal system showed no changes. This raises serious questions about the lack of transparency in their pricing practices.
After multiple calls and emails, I received no proper response, and their agents wasted over 2 hours of my time before abruptly ending the call. Even worse, they refuse to answer emails, forcing customers to wait on hold with no accountability.
This program fails to deliver what it promises, and their customer service is one of the worst I have experienced. If you are considering booking with Air Canada Vacations, think twice before purchasing their CareFree Program!
