点评:Air Canada Vacations need to hire more staff... booked a trip in business class, they changed the planes, an no business class, okay, was on the phone 5 1/2 hours before someone answered, then transferred 3 times for another 1hr, finally had issues maybe resolved... credit coming is 7 to 10 days (but they want their money right away), it has been 13 days no refund yet.
Return flight was cancelled but to weather, understandable, the rep at the resort ISRAEL CANCHE said we were pretty much on our own to find a hotel or room, no assistance for AIR CANADA, 4 times we tried to see him during the week and he never around.
We saw the Manager at the Grand Park Royal Cozumel and had to pay $595 can, for the extra night (flight was scheduled early the next morning). We paid $3500 for the 7 days with flight. Thank goodness the flight cancelled again.
NO help at all from Air Canada Vacations for anything. Adios Air Canada
