Nice beach, AVOID SINDU TURTLE CONSERVATION

点评：Beach was nice and clean, lots of restaurants and places to sunbath but please rethink going to SINDU WARAWATI TURTLE CONSERVATION.
At first I thought it was an amazing idea but looking closer at how these turtles are kept really made me upset.
So you can “adopt” a baby turtle and let it free, but they also had lots of adult turtles just in small tanks for what it seemed like tourism purposes. These areas the turtles are kept were so dirty, one pool was so green and over populated I couldn’t even see them, there’s no filters, not much room for them at all to swim around, they all looked so stressed.
Seeing the baby’s swimming over eachother, some not moving at all and some frantically in the corners of the pools wanting to get out was hard to watch. When I asked if the bigger ones were going to be set free, the man seemed to be agitated by that question and I had an abrupt reply. Why not just free them all if it’s a conservation??? Seems to be a breeding ground and a tourist attraction for the money.
