#Krabi Phi Phi Islands Tour All Inclusive by Speedboat, executed by Chok Poisan 99.
First of all, the speedboat is nothing like the pictures. Inside, you can’t see anything due to the roof, and with 20 people packed in, you can barely move.
The guide (which by the way was a bit rude and shouty) gave no instructions or safety briefing at all. On my trip, two people ended up in the hospital—one was hit by rocks because no one warned her, and another fell while stepping off the boat onto an unsecured metal surface.
There were no soft drinks. Only water and 2 pieces of watermelon.
Snorkeling time was very limited, and everyone was taken to the same overcrowded spot. There was no guidance on where to swim or how to spot marine life like sharks or clownfish.
There were too many people everywhere, making the experience overwhelming.
Important to know: Maya Beach is closed in summer, yet it was still listed on the itinerary.
The boat did not stop at Monkey Beach, nor could we see properly the Viking Cave or Bat Cave. We simply passed by in the boat and were expected to take pictures without even stopping—on a crowded boat, no less.
We only walked out of the boat at Bamboo Island and for the lunch at an incredibly crowded place.
The timeline is also not reliable - the tour started an hour late and ended over an hour earlier than advertised.
I feel extremely disappointed. Not only do I feel like I wasted my money, but I also lost a full day in a place I may never get the chance to visit again.
The only positive was that they allowed me to reschedule the tour to another day due to bad weather, and the person who helped me via WhatsApp was kind and helpful. Thank you for that.
