Beautiful spa, great massage

点评：Beautiful facilities, friendly welcoming staff, masseuses had very strong hands and gave good massages. My husband and I wanted a massage together so we were put in a private room on the 3rd floor. We were impressed with the facilities from the welcoming lobby area to the hallways lined with rocks making it look like a stone path.
The massage was very relaxing and felt therapeutic. I don’t know what style of massage this is but the masseuse gets up on the table over you to leverage her body weight for pressure on the massage. Overall it was quite relaxing and good. The only thing missing was the gentle music that is usually played during massages. Maybe it was only in our private room but having silence was different. The only thing that would have made this a 5 star review is technique preference; if they used more of their palms and fingers in the massage instead of knuckles and elbows, I would have given 5 stars. I really like a kneading technique with hands for massage.
One nice surprise was they refused tips at the end. I don’t know if this has always been their policy but it should be made known, advertised. This “no tip” policy should be factored into the cost of services, as it makes this spa more competitive in price than you think, and it’s well worth a visit!
