点评：Worst experience ever.Never, under any circumstances, use Humsafar services. This isn’t just my personal experience—it’s what every other customer I’ve spoken to has faced. They deceive their customers at every step.
If your journey is supposed to take 10 hours, expect a delay of at least 6-7 hours, completely messing up any other plans you’ve made. The timings they provide are utterly inaccurate, and the delays are constant.
When you try to contact their customer support or manager, they’ll assure you that everything will be fine, claiming they’ll hold the next bus for you as a “valued customer.” But once you reach the bus stand, they deny you ever called and leave you hanging.
They even stop the bus at random places to pick up extra passengers, further delaying the journey. It’s clear that they don’t value their customers' time or care about professionalism. Stay away from Humsafar if you don’t want to be disappointed.
