点评：I visited l’Algar Waterfalls recently, and it was such a refreshing experience! The place is beautifully maintained and perfect for a day trip from Benidorm or nearby towns.
The waterfalls themselves are stunning — crystal clear pools and cascading streams surrounded by lush greenery. The sound of the water is incredibly relaxing, and the scenery makes you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise.
There are designated swimming areas, which are safe and clean. I took a dip in the natural pools, and the water was surprisingly refreshing, especially on a hot day. The paths around the waterfalls are well-marked, so it’s easy to explore without getting lost.
The entrance fee is very reasonable, and there are basic facilities like toilets, lockers, and a small café where you can grab snacks or drinks. Parking was easy, though it can get busy during peak season, so arriving early is a good idea.
If I had to mention a minor downside, some areas can get crowded in summer, so it’s best to visit early in the morning for a quieter experience. Also, bring water shoes or flip-flops — the rocks can be slippery in some spots.
