点评：Last Monday we drove by and saw the ride. We thought it was fun so went to get the tickets. It stated that the tickets were €7,50, so €15 for the both of us. There was glass between us and the ticketperson, so we couldn’t see the price but paid for it. We got 2 tickets so thougt it was all good. The next day I looked at my bank account and saw that they charged us €75 instead of €15. We called them and the women said that she couldn’t help us but we would get a call back within 10 minutes to talk about a solution to get the money back. After 30 minutes of no call, we called back but the person who answered could’t speak English so couldn’t help us. Later that day, we send them a message asking for a solution, after we still haven’t gotten a reply after 6 days. We tried calling mutiple times this past week, but everytime there wasn’t anyone who could speak English. We mailed another time but still no reply.
We hope to get in contact with the company for a solution. But for other people, be aware and check the price mutiple times if you’re paying by card!!
