I would like to point out that we have never written a negative review before and that I waited a month before doing so, but after not even receiving a response from the company we had no choice.
BE CAREFUL, COMPETITIVE PRICES BUT THE COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE!!
We arrived in Lusaka at nine in the morning on July 23, we were given a jeep with a broken radio, they sent us to a garage to change it, here we waited to be able to leave only at 14.30 in the afternoon, practically wasting the first day. This was not such a serious problem, the worst was yet to come.
Before our arrival we sent a copy of our passport and driving license from Italy by email to get the cross border permit that would have allowed us to cross the border and enter Malawi.
This permit cost an additional 150 euros in addition to the car rental.
We left Lusaka on July 23rd and we had agreed to receive this permit STRICTLY BY SUNDAY July 28th in Mfuwe where we were staying. The girl from the agency, "Yvonette", assured us and reassured us that we would definitely receive it.
The permit never arrived on Sunday and never arrived also the day after, Monday, so we had to change our trip and not go to Malawi.
Back in Lusaka we asked for a refund of the 150 euros spent for nothing, they never returned them and now we don't even receive a reply to our emails.
What a shame!
