点评：6 of us recently completed a 12-day private tour across North and Central Mongolia with Travel Buddies, and the entire experience was nothing short of extraordinary! From the very beginning during the planning stage, Undraa was remarkably responsive, accommodating, and attentive to every single detail—from customizing our accommodation and activity preferences to ensuring our dietary restrictions were briefed and flawlessly executed at every camp.
The logistics throughout the entire trip were seamless. Traveling in comfortable vehicles with reliable drivers gave us complete peace of mind across long stretches of the countryside. Every camp and lodge selected offered good comfort while allowing us to truly connect with the stunning Mongolian landscapes. Most of the gers contain a private bathroom which are out of expectations!
A very special thanks goes to our amazing tour guide, Jay (Batjil)! Jay made this trip truly unforgettable. His deep knowledge of Mongolian history, culture, and nature enriched every stop along our route. Beyond being an exceptional and professional guide, Jay’s warmth, enthusiasm, and attentive care ensured our group felt supported and well looked after every single day. I remember one of the gers’ warmer is not functioning very well, which was reported to Jay. He immediately communicated with the staff and an extra warmer was provided. Also, when one of our friends had difficulty in getting down from a small hill, he gently helped her.
