Olana State Historic Site的点评
点评：We had previously never heard of Olana before we found it on TripAdvisor and we’re glad we did. We booked a self-guided tour in advance for $25 per person. Despite the name, we had interpreters stationed in every room of the house explaining it to us, so we were never really alone or self-guided. We arrived at 1:30 and walked the grounds before our 2:00 time slot. Florence explained the history of the house before releasing us to the front door. Church was both an artist and a collector, and the house reflects that combination. Fine art of various genres is on display in every room and the landscape, overlooking the Hudson, is gorgeous. While we would never want to live in a house like this—too much clutter everywhere—it is a fine house and wonderful set of grounds. We spent about two hours overall, including just under an hour inside the house.
