点评:I'd need more space to write a review this gym deserves, but will keep it a summary. Bee (gym owner) and his brother Ae are excellent and highly skilled teachers of the art, and I would recommend private lessons with them. The gym nonetheless has 14 (!!!) other trainers, younger and either still fighting on the local circuit or recently retired. They are a welcoming, humorous and skilled bunch who will push you through the pad, clinch, sparring and conditioning rounds. The classes are very well structured, with the requisite skipping (3 x3 min I think, I didnt time the rounds) with pushups and sit-ups in between, shadow boxing and then 4 x 4 min pad rounds. This is followed by structured heavy bag work with a partner, then a rigorous abdominal exercise regime to cool down (!!). There is also guided stretching before and after each class. Two days a week are dedicated to light technical sparring, and likewise with clinching, Overall a very complete training program, and the gym culture is one of warmth and friendship. Very highly recommended indeed.
