点评：Nevalea Alpaca Farm was an absolute highlight of our time in New Zealand. It genuinely feels like discovering a hidden gem — a unique, authentic, family-run experience set amongst beautiful rolling hills.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The hosts were knowledgeable, warm and genuinely passionate about what they do. It never felt scripted or rushed — instead, it felt like being invited onto someone’s farm to share in their world.
Learning about the alpacas was fascinating. We came away understanding so much more about their personalities, breeding, fibre and care. The animals themselves are calm, curious and full of character, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable — especially for families.
The setting deserves a special mention. The farm sits in classic New Zealand countryside — green hills stretching out in every direction — which makes the experience feel peaceful and quintessentially Kiwi.
If you’re looking for something personal, authentic and a little bit different from the usual tourist stops, Nevalea Alpaca Farm is absolutely worth a visit. For us, it was a real highlight.
