点评:I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and anger with Halkidiki Car Rentals. Our experience with this company was a complete disaster from start to finish.
We were given a Fiat Talento with over 162,000 km on the odometer, in a deplorable condition with broken plastic, torn seats, and a damaged body. To make matters worse, the vehicle broke down, and their solution was to send me to a mechanic to replace the battery. The mechanic, however, immediately said the issue was not the battery, but the car itself.
Our day was completely ruined. Out of eight days of vacation, a full day was wasted dealing with this mess. While they eventually replaced the faulty car with a Toyota 7-seater, it was too small to fit all our luggage, forcing us to separate our bags and send them to the airport in a taxi.
When I returned the car, their "compensation" for this entire ordeal was a mere 20 euros for gas. When I asked for a real refund for the day we lost, they refused, citing "company policy" and claiming that "breakdowns happen." This is not an acceptable response. This is a complete lack of accountability and disregard for customer safety and satisfaction.
Avoid this company at all costs. Their vehicles are a danger on the road, their customer service is a joke, and they will take no responsibility for their failures.

Now, they have replied to my review publicly, asking for my customer number to "solve any problem." This is simply for show. I immediately contacted them privately via WhatsApp, and despite their public comment, they have refused to respond to me. This is not a company that cares about its customers; it's a company that cares about its public image.
