点评：From initial contact to our exit, this place is a scam. Right from booking, they quoted in USD but billed my credit card pesos… and jacked the price nearly 15% when billed. My credit card company intercepted it. Amex sorted it out, When I asked to be re-invoiced in pesos instead of USD, the price quoted was 20% less than the original! The “Royal Swim” advertising a tow or push is a lie. When you arrive, they inform you it is no longer legal (since July 2025), but offer no monetary compensation for false advertising. Worse, they are still advertising the push/ride on their website 8 months AFTER the government made it illegal (I showed them picture proof of their website from March 2026, the day before our excursion, falsely advertising the push/tow and they couldn’t have cared less). All the swims included 2 dolphins, not just the Royal, so save your money. The food was a very small buffet of bland food no better than a cafeteria. The place is run down, and in desperate need of basic maintenance. The lockers are another scam; there are boxes for your bags on the pier where you enter the water, just bring your bags with you. Finally, the biggest rip off are the photos. The photographers make sure to cut off any parents holding their children, so don’t hope to buy a pic of you holding your child. And everyone was furious, as everyone was paying different prices. I owned a dive shop in Mexico for a while, and this place is exactly the kind of dishonest business that gives them all a bad name. My business was directly across the street from a Dolphin Discovery in another town, and 25 years later, they are worse than ever. PICK A DIFFERENT COMPANY!! You’ve been warned….
翻译：从最初联系到离开，这家店就是个骗局。预订时，他们用美元报价，却用比索从我的信用卡扣款……而且账单上的价格还涨了将近15%。我的信用卡公司拦截了这笔交易。美国运通帮我解决了问题。当我要求他们重新开具比索账单时，价格竟然比原价低了20%！他们宣传的“皇家游泳”项目包含拖拽或推拉服务，但这完全是骗人的。到了之后，他们才告诉你这项服务已经违法了（从2025年7月起），但却不提供任何虚假宣传的赔偿。更糟糕的是，政府明明已经禁止这项服务8个月了，他们还在网站上宣传这项服务（我给他们看了他们2026年3月的网站截图，也就是我们出发前一天，上面还在虚假宣传这项服务，但他们根本不在乎）。所有游泳项目都包含两只海豚，并非只有“皇家游泳”项目才包含，所以千万别去这家店。食物种类少得可怜，自助餐乏味无趣，跟食堂没什么两样。地方破败不堪，急需基本的维护。储物柜也是个骗局；码头下水处就有箱子可以放包，直接把包带过来就行了。最坑爹的是拍照。摄影师会故意把抱着孩子的父母拍掉，所以别指望能买到你抱着孩子的照片。而且每个人都很生气，因为每个人付的价格都不一样。我以前在墨西哥开过一段时间潜水店，这家店就是那种败坏潜水店名声的黑店。我的店就在另一个镇上一家海豚探索中心的对面，25年过去了，他们比以前更糟糕了。千万别去这家！我已经警告过你们了……
